Assistance and Consulting

Each time we provide interpreting services we appoint a coordinator, or Consultant Interpreter to assist you through organisation. He or she will:

• advise on the right interpretation service for your event and provide the necessary translation equipment
• decide on the composition of the interpretation teams and recruit the interpreters
• handle conference documents to be forwarded to the interpreters for preparation
• liaise between conference organisers, speakers, chairs and interpreters before and during the meeting.
